The Board of Directors of Grand Firs Homeowners Association has selected The Management Trust Washington as the new Community Association Management Company for your Association. Services for our community commence 05/01/2025.

A letter was recently sent to all homeowners introducing The Management Trust and providing instructions on how to set up your individual homeowner portal. If you haven’t already done so, please take a moment to complete your portal setup and ensure your contact information, including your email address, is up to date.
